I have had the pleasure of working with Joe since we met in 2009 while creating a unique state of the art training center in Baton Rouge, LA. Joe was instrumental in helping us develop trainers, curriculum and taught us a great deal about weatherization. Joe has come to Baton Rouge numerous times to teach classes and conduct field trainings throughout the state. Joe’s experience and knowledge is invaluable and I consider Joe to be a friend as well as a colleague. Joe has always been there to help answer questions and steer me in the right direction. Joe’s personality makes him a pleasure to work with and has helped me move forward in this industry and I can’t thank him enough.
